Fall Harvest Feast
Autumn is truly one of my favorite times of year. This is when the harvest comes in, the vegetables are all either in their end-of-summer glory, or they're showing off the beginnings of some of the truly great flavors of fall. Stews, pies and so much more are ready to be enjoyed, while canning, pickling and preserving kick into full gear for the winter. It's a time to have a lovely feast, and this class is the perfect way to go about it!
