Handmade Pasta Made Easy
For years, this was without question my most popular class! Once you
learn how much better homemade pasta is than store bought, and how easy
it is to make... well, you may never go back! We can adjust the cuts and
the sauces to match what you'd like to learn, but ultimately, you'll
learn the secret to making great pasta from scratch!
We typically make
a filled pasta (e.g. ravioli) and
a not-filled pasta (e.g. farfalle), each with a sauce.
The options here are endless. Some of the more popular ones:
• Shrimp and Crab Ravioli with Saffron Cream Sauce
• Cheese Ravioli with Tomato Gorgonzola Sauce
• Farfalle with Tomato Basil Sauce
• Fettucine Alfredo
• Linguine with Fresh Pesto
