Northern Italian Cooking
This is the class that started it all! Even though some of my Italian family traces its roots back to central Italy, I still have some who are from the north! I love cooking the food of the Northern Italian States! Creamy risottos and versatile polentas are the staple of so many wonderful Italian dishes, and I'll always have a special place in my heart for teaching the cuisine of this region.
