Talking Turkey - A Meze to Remember
The meal of many small plates, be it Tapas, or Meze, or a Tasting Menu, has always intrigued me as a great way to share an experience with family and friends. It's also a great opportunity to sample so much of what a local cuisine has to offer. In this class, I offer up a series of wonderful traditional Turkish dishes for you to experience, share and enjoy.
