You're on a Roll - Making Your Own Sushi
For years people asked me if I taught homemade sushi, and for years I told people that I didn't because I didn't feel I was good enough at it to offer you a good class. So I worked at it for years under several chefs, and I am now confident that I can bring you an excellent sushi rolling class. Along with a great Japanese street food dish we'll make while we wait for the sushi rice to cook, this is a fun hands-on class resulting in lots of great tastes of Japan!
• Sushi rolls - with a selection of fresh sushi-grade seafood and other accompaniments
• Tonkatsu (Fried Japanese Pork Cutlets) OR Japanese Beef Curry OR Mixed Vegetable Tempura
• Coffee Jelly (This is a classic Japanese dessert that is out of this world delicious, and super fun!)
